How your order actually gets to you
Because saunas and cold plunge systems are large and often heavy, most orders ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves the manufacturer's warehouse, along with an estimated delivery window. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks of purchase, depending on the manufacturer and your location — larger built-in items can take longer during peak season.
Curbside delivery is standard. White-glove, in-home delivery is available on select items at checkout. Please inspect your shipment before signing — freight damage is rare, but if it happens, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
